At Mirum Agency Brazil, I had the opportunity to work as a photographer, videomaker, and post-producer, contributing to both client projects and internal marketing initiatives. Mirum, a global agency present in 25 countries, is known for its innovative approach to digital and creative solutions. This allowed me to immerse myself in a wide range of audiovisual productions across different regions, including Santa Catarina, Paraná, and São Paulo. I worked on various videocases, high-quality photography, and full audiovisual productions, handling all aspects from capture to post-production. 
My time at Mirum also included collaborating on the agency’s internal materials, enhancing brand communication and marketing strategies. With its strong global presence, Mirum operates across multiple regions, delivering impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences. This experience allowed me to hone my skills across various platforms, while contributing to the agency’s global network of professionals and projects.
2018-2020
Young Makers is a video series produced by Mirum Agency, highlighting the exceptional talents and personalities within the agency across various fields. The project shines a spotlight on individuals who "get their hands dirty" and bring ideas to life, showcasing the diverse skills that drive the agency's success.
Collaborating with a team of volunteers, we developed a script and a unique visual language to bring the project to life. As the project leader, I was responsible for overseeing both the production and post-production processes, ensuring the content was engaging and polished. The final videos were strategically placed on IGTV and Facebook for the Mirum and I-Cherry agencies, reaching a wider audience and celebrating the creative minds behind the scenes.
Cultura Inglesa, renowned for its high-quality teaching, launched an institutional campaign that places its students as the main protagonists, emphasizing the various scenarios where speaking English becomes essential. This campaign was created by Momentum in partnership with Mirum Agency. In this project, I was responsible for producing the videocase, capturing and editing the highlights of the campaign to showcase the impact of learning English through real-life stories. In 2019, the LGBTI+ community celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, a pivotal moment in the fight for equality. The revolt, which began as a confrontation between civilians and the police attempting to suppress public demonstrations of love, marked a turning point in LGBTI+ rights. The courageous patrons of the Stonewall Inn in 1969 made June 28th known as LGBTI+ Pride Day, a legacy that continues to inspire the fight for equality.
2019 also saw the launch of impactful activations led by the SOMA diversity group within Mirum, and I was proud to be a part of it. As a member of the SOMA group, I contributed to the conceptualization of a powerful awareness campaign. Check out the result:
In 2019, Mirum was honored as the Communication Agency of the Year at the Colunistas Sul Award for the second consecutive year. The agency achieved the highest performance across all award categories, as recognized by the Brazilian Association of Marketing and Advertising Columnists (Abracomp) during its 52nd edition.
To celebrate this remarkable achievement, we produced a video case showcasing all of the awarded projects. It was an exciting opportunity to highlight the creative work that contributed to this recognition. Check out the result of the video case production:

Another activity I had the opportunity to work on at Mirum was a project aimed at standardizing and professionalizing the LinkedIn profiles of over 100 employees. This involved taking professional portraits of each individual, ensuring consistency in style and tone, while also capturing the unique personality of each team member. The goal was to help the Mirum team present a unified, polished image to the professional world, aligning with the agency's strong brand identity. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the personal branding of such a talented group.
